Save Settings on exit
A feature that was added in the past has been disabled. If i choose to remove data boxes from the panel, save settings on exit by default.
This feature worked in version 8.x. no longer works in ver 9.
Please re-enable or at least provide an option to save or not... allow the user to configure the screen without having to do it each time SC is launched - thanks1 voteThis should work from 9.1.2 and up.

Number of replays of previous swing while capturing
While having the option to replay once a swing video before capturing automatically continues is nice, if would be even nicer if the replay would be looped infinitely while the software would still be ready to capture a new video. If this is not possible a higher number of replays e.g. 2 or 3 would be nice options since after posing in finish/retrieving a ball it is easy to miss the replay on a fast computer.

Duration of an auto-captured video
When integrated to GC2 the captured video has a lengthy period of non action prior to the actual swing. On the other hand someone commented that on Tracman the auto-capture feature misses the start of the swing. It would be nice to be able to adjust the duration/timing of an auto-captured video e.g. in Capture Options.

Alpha sorting in Select User window
I was wondering if you could configure the sorting of names in the Select User window alphabetically? It sorts first name alphabetically, but not surname. That means if I have 20 players named Andrew, I need to look down the list to find the one I want, rather than finding it listed alphabetically.

Put video capture for software to the Cloud
Would be great to upload a swing from the software from a live recording in a studio to the Cloud and then to share with Students. You can share swings via the app but no function to send the video from the software to be viewed in the app. The app slow motion functions are great and would like to take the video from the studio and give the the student. The export function is great but want to send the swing to their app.

In 7.0 you can upload a recording with video and data to your Online account, and then you can share that to other Online users or just download to your own iOS app. The iOS app is still a bit behind on this and will only show one video clip and no data.
You can also play the video clip in the web browser at https://online.swingcatalyst.com/Explorer.To upload, open the Explorer window, select the recording and click the “Upload to Online” button in the top menu bar.

add Students name to the You tube Video upload
At the moment the Auto title is Video Lesson. If the title would show the student name aswell, then it would mean searching for links on the You tube video manager would be a bit easier, should someone lose their link

LINES drawn in LIVE MODE are gone in playback and vice versa
Hi SC Team, i have to redraw all lines after every shot, because they get deleted. When we train in LIVE MODE the person can see lines i draw and see results when moving. Once the shot is recorded the lines get deleted. So i have to redraw my lines. Now going back to CAPTURE MODE i have to redraw them again.

Larger logo
I would like to have the opportunity to use a larger logo when recording a lesson.

Export contact information for intergration to mail client or be able to send bulk emails
I use mail chimp to contact my database. However I would like to be able to export my clients information from Swing Catalyst as a .csv so I can up load their data or be able to send bulk emails from Swing Catalyst to my clients.

Disable automatic loop when playing video
It would be nice if you can disable the automatic loop when you are playing a video
1 voteHappy to announce this is now completed and will be part of the next version. When looping is unchecked, it will simply stop at the last frame. You can still click play to rewind and play over again.

Favorite individual swings
Ability to categorise swings by star ratings. This will make it simpler when comparing historical swings.

video image mirror flip for left handed players
In the review mode, being able to flip the image so the player is now on the opposite side of the ball. Meaning taking a right handed golfer and making them left handed.

Don't start last name with a capital
We have quite a few players which last name doesn't start with a capital. SwingCatalyst automatically makes the first letter of the last name a capital letter.

Eraser tool issues
To erase "line" is easy but vertical or horizontal line doesn't appear possible using this tool. Also an "undo" option would be very useful.
1 voteIn 7.0 there is now an undo functionality, with hotkey CTRL+Z or clicking the undo button in the software.
We cannot reproduce any issues deleting horizontal/vertical lines, but you need to click’n’drag the eraser across the line. -
Making the "Save/Open" Dialog after capture swing optional
Option to skip the dialog after capture a swing so that the system is faster ready to capture the next swing
1 voteGood timing, we already did this and it will be part of the next version. The beta stage will be launched soon. The change adds 3 new modes of capture and also fixes the broken replay feature. It now plays the entire replay and at the speed of your choice.
1) Single recording with infinite replay
2) Multiple recordings, wait for replay to complete each time
3) Multiple recordings, don’t wait for replay to complete (fastest) -
Use the mouse scroll wheel to find the exact point of impact
When using a high frame rate camera sometimes it is difficult to stop the orange triangular marker on the exact frame of impact. To ease this process it would be beneficial to use the scroll wheel on the mouse to move the orange triangle frame by frame until the exact positioning is identified.

Show launch monitor distance as meters, but speeds in mph
In countries with metric units, carry and roll are typically expressed in meters, while club head and ball speeds are expressed in miles per hour.
